We spent the most amazing 5 days here. Booked partial sea view rooms. Pros: 1. Rooms were new construction. Room was sealed so there were no bugs / mosquitoes . Bed was soft and very comfortable, washroom was clean. We have been staying in beach huts at Palolem since 2015 and this was the best stay experience. 2. They had power back up. 3. Check in was smooth and quick. 4. We had food and drinks at their restaurant almost everyday and everything that we had was great. Cons: 1. Service was a little slow sometimes. Overall we had a great stay and were sad to leave. The place has a chilled out and happy vibe. The staff is very polite and friendly. Special thanks to Loki for the amazing cocktails and to Suvee who always served us with a smile and became friends with our 4 year old son. We will be back soon and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 8 days located right at the centre of the main market, yet away from all the noise.. This is right opposite Subway on the Calangute circle.. I have been to Goa 'n' number of times and the rooms here are bigger than most of the hotels I have stayed.. They have working facilities like TV, mini fridge, Hot water 24/7, good balcony in the rooms.. The bathroom was also clean and tidy.. The WiFi in the room is also very good and we did not face any problems while doing our office work in the weekdays.. The hotel staff has been very courteous and supportive.. Big kudos to Roshan, Ryan and their housekeeping manager Zeeshan.. They were always ready to assist us... They do not have any buffet breakfast over here but there are loads and loads of options as soon as u step out of the hotel so we did not feel that this was a miss for us.. They also have their restaurant from where you can order food.. The swimming pool is also operational in this hotel. The only con tht I see in this hotel is they don't have a lift.. The hotel is of 3 floors so it can be a problem if you are given a higher floor.. We had requested for 1st floor and they did arrange for the same when we arrived. They also accomodated our request for late checkout at 2pm instead of 11am.. This hotel will suit you if you are not the one looking for top end things like jacuzzi, complimentary exquisite buffet breakfast, big campus to roam around etc.. Overall our experience was great and we recommend this to you as well..

It's a good budget hotel. No luxury just simple room to sleep, because when you are in Goa, mostly you are out. Nice clean room. Walkable distance from baga Beach and Market. If you are traveling with baby it's not that good.

Entirely different in terms of hotel attitude of the staff they were always stands like your host of relations. Quality of room which offered by Avisha was not less than any 3 star hotel. The amenities offered by Avisha was excellent. Avisha situated at the center of Goa, very is close to airport and other facilities. Air-conditioning, WiFi, cleanliness of room ,restaurant, bar and staff services were excellent. Electricity supply is one of the major issue in Goa but Avisha provided continues supply of power. The owner of Avisha Mr.Farnandis & his family members were given a homely treatment. I will give full credit to Avisha which made my family holiday AWESOME.
