Lets talk about the room first. Don’t be deceived by the entrance of this Casa.. when you enter the rooms you will be pleasantly surprised.. in my case, I was doing my happy dance.. simple yet so artfully decorated. The room comes with basic amenities. The not so basic features are 1. A Jar of Cookies 2. A blue file with a wish list of all the things to do around North Goa. Follow the suggestions and you will not regret. 3. A book which talks about the history of Goa. Now let’s talk about Terry. Super helpful, humble and a Goan by heart. He was our Google, Zomato and Justdial in Goa. Lastly, Sadanand the caretaker. Such a cute and friendly personality. He always has a smile on his face and is super helpful. Highly recommend place to stay (if you understand the concept of boutique and heritage hotels) as the location is what we call PRIME.

Been staying here for over 10 years. Bang in the center of everything, easy access to bars , restaurants , beaches. Best room is 401 with a private terrace with seaview and sunset. Mr. Milind the manager is the man , he sorts you out with everything , great guy i must say. The staff also of the place are very efficient. Give it a shot , you wont regret it 👍

Location: near the old busstand which is walkable distance and nested in a quiet location ( except train passing sounds) easy access. Rooms are quite comfortable with clean environment Restaurant and bar located on ground floor facing the paved lawns with beautiful plants Food is priced at reasonable prices and quality is maintained for years I remember from my first stay nearly 25 years before till date Staff are polite and friendly and clean atmosphere
