I was skeptical about the hotel but Ayesha made every efforts and answered my questions calmly to make my stay comfortable. We stayed twice at this hotel. Very good and prompt customer service. Chef Cameron and his team did a wonderful job with the food, even providing separate meals for our son who has food allergies. Also, because we were traveling, Chef Cameron packed us a takeaway lunch so we could save time. We ate all our meals at the hotel. Staff was masked and we stayed healthy in all respects. Meals had good variety and were well made. It felt like eating at home. The location is central too, which worked well. Thank you for a great stay.
