From June to October is when the city experiences heavy downpour, resulting in waterlogging and traffic jams in some areas of the city. Any other month of the year is brilliant for Mumbai Darshan. Hotel Karl Residency
38, Lallubhai Park Rd, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400058
We stayed at the Karl Residence for one Night only. The rooms were spacious and clean, as were the Toilet and Bathroom. Hotel pricing was good and the service provided by the front desk and other staff was excellent. Following check-out we left our bags in the small lobby to walk the surrounding area as we had some time on our hands. Interestingly, the Hotel is very centrally located, with SV road and its multitude of shops being only a short walk away. Yet it is located in a quiet area and there was no disturbance at night whatsoever. Our room Wifi was rather slow but it appears that each room has a separate router. My friends did not face the same issue in their room and therefore this aspect has not negatively impacted on my review rating.
Hotel Orritel West Mumbai
34-B, T Series Lane, Opposite Fame Adlabs Cinema, Off New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053
Sorry no pics since we were a few people visiting for a conference in Andheri. I had visited when Covid 3rd wave was at its peak and I must say that this place had strict covid protocols which was heartening to see. Nestled in one of the lanes of the very busy link Road, Andheri, this is a small boutique hotel for businessmen & families alike. Budget friendly for sure. Extremely well maintained and has easy access to everything around. U can get an auto rickshaw in less then 2 min and I realised this place is an address in itself. All the basic amenities are there with fresh linen and a cozy bed. They have a small restaurant cum bar on the ground place which is well done and serves some great food. Sure to visit again !!
