The residence facility is neat clean and spacious especially one bhk. The room has a jaccuzi too apart from kitchenette and cooking range. Daily housekeeping and breakfast in room is served. Tha pool area was well maintained. Overall with the facilities and service provided its worth the money.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous. We stayed here for 8 days and throughout it felt like home. Special thanks to Balraj Uncle, Arun for all the amazing food and Deepak for being such a great host. Thanks for making our visit to Oriental Residency that much better.

I've stayed at both apartments on separate occasions. Both of them are located very close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores and it's easy to travel to both South and North Mumbai from here. The rooms have always been very clean and comfortable, and the staff always pleasant. It's as comfortable as a hotel room but also offers home-like comforts in the form of a kitchen and dining area. The only drawback was that the TVs were not fully functioning at both places, but I didn't have too much time to spend watching TV on my trip so that did not bother me.

Very Cooperative Staff and Service was at its best. The Location too is the Best. Lots of Resturants nearby. Its 5 Minutes walk from Khar West Station. Will visit the place again for sure. One of the best stays.
