A company is not made great by name but by the people who work there. Ayesha is one such person for Lemon Tree Premier in Mumbai. She was a smiling face I saw when I entered after a long flight. I was skeptical about the hotel but Ayesha made every efforts and answered my questions calmly to make my stay comfortable. I will recommend the hotel if not for the brand but people like Ayesha working here. Keep it up Ayesha.

We had a wedding planned on 19th and 20th January. And we booked more than 10 rooms for 3 days. All the arrangements done were top notch. The rooms were above expectations and were maintained very nicely. Breakfast service provided was of very great taste. All the check in and check out process went so smooth without any difficulty. Special mentions to both the in charge Manager : Rohit Sharma and Shekhar Sharma, they were always available to help. Also the receptionist Akshay bhai and Merlin ji were there on every call for every small or big task we needed help in. I highly recommend to go ahead and book your stay here for any type of visit in that matter. It's in short 10/10.
