We were at Sinclair Retreat for a 4 Night experience ie from 9th April to 13th. Loved every moment when we were there. We had booked ourselves in the premier room which overlooks their garden and city. The room was quite good. Interiors are cleaned each day. The bathroom clean too. The check in was smoothly done. Didn’t have to wait. The staff at reception were supportive . The housekeeping staff were also great and supplied us necessities quickly. The Chef ; Sovan is a friendly individual who cooks up a great meal. The food variety was good enough that we didn’t have to go to the bread counter on any day. All in all an experience that I would love to go and visit again

We stayed at the Monarch Ooty and it’s truly home away from home. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is outstanding! The rooms are spacious and clean! Being able to go for a walk in the spacious garden and the adjoining areas bountiful with nature were an added plus. Also, being at the highest point in Ooty the view adds to the charm. Overall a big thumbs up! Highly recommended.
