Excellent stay with best of class services specially..Mr. Rakesh and Anil were really helpfull with each and everything. Will be my first choice for A hotel to stay in Shimla..the location of the property is also good as it is bang on mall road with access to the lift which is a plus plus for elderly people as well.

We recently made our visit to this property around late November and happy to share that great hospitality demonstrated by the team in place; specially front desk team. Special thanks to Preeti who had the check-in made seamless and gave an auto-upgrade without even us putting down the request. Great views from the hotel rooms makes this place a perfect stop-over; and then have a walking trail to the mall road. Team has been excellent on the warm welcome, guidance around the near by spots received has been really appreciable. We had a very memorable stay. The food quality and breakfast has been good, thanks to Chef Anoop & his team for always having a smile no matter even if operating with a minimal capacity due to pandemic. Would recommend this property to all when plan to visit to Shimla. Thank you.

It was a great pleasure to stay at hotel twin towers.I have been there many times & always feel like just home. The service,staff are very professional & helpful specially mr.Kamal negi,deep sharma & Dharmender thakur.Food is also delicious.I really recommend to all peeps to visit this property to enjoy the holidays or your special time at shimla.
