Hospitality, good behavior and discipline are a few of the values that the hospitality industry runs upon. However, this hotel has completely forgotten to follow the basics. The staff at the hotel possesses a bad attitude towards the visitors, the service was not up to the mark and definitely not worth the money paid by us. Their Manager Ms. Kaamna does not feel to possess any training on how to behave and deal with the visitors at all. She didn’t seem interested to sort our issues, rather was keener to blow things out of proportion. The hotel is in the hands of bad management who do not believe in updating their listing options at various online booking platforms. As per our booking information, we have booked the hotel and were given complimentary breakfast in the booking package. However, after our arrival, they informed us that the listing on the site was not updated and in case we needed breakfast, we will have to pay for the same. On further questioning, they asked us to get in touch with the booking platform and talk to them directly as they have nothing to do with the mix up which was clearly their fault. This attitude and poor service for the compensation paid by us are absolutely not acceptable, would not recommend this hotel to anyone even for a single day stay!!

Feel very comfortable while staying there. Room area is good and Room service was excellent . While staying there I feel like home and parking was nice. I think price of hotel were quite genuine. nice place

Awesome stay with great experience, love the hospitality and atmosphere, feeling wow. Really appreciate their response and support during the stay. Would recommend to use more and more peoples to get such good experience

Food is too good… appreciation to ankush who were incharge of the team and his whole team for awesome taste … we were here from Shimla to Chandigarh and we are from Karnataka but yes we felt great hospitality by staff of cafe thank you once again we will here for sure in upcoming visit

We are staying at velvet Clarks,it's a nice property,Rooms are spacious and well cleaned,check in and check out was very smooth.Food was so testy, Staff is very cooperative and polite , Housekeeping team is very helpful like to mention Mr.Munish.

Hotel was great and staff is cooperative food is marvelous and the services are accurate as a person required to relax. Rooms are spacious and the neat clean as required for hygienic. I suggest to every one to visit once and feel the comfartability
