Great stay, it was exemplary. spelbinding. i never expected such a surprise. Location is okay. tea estate very close by. River also. staffs are cordial. tough roads to reach, 11 kms from darjeeling. all good.

Hotel is completely beautiful. Just awesome view from hotel. Clean and clear. Complete package for honeymoon couple or newly married couples. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Warm welcome we got when reached there. Always ready to help you out. Most beautiful part of the hotel is lobby launge and the terrace. Just take a cup of a coffee and seat there. Its really heart touching and refreshing.very near to darjeeling mall 10mnt walking distance. Only one cons the location. Difficult for aged or unfit person, specially with luggage. Tasty Foods are also provide with special care. Very impressed with the room facilities. Highly recommended for couples and families also to be refreshed and relaxed. Most important every single penny worthy.

Sterling Resorts located in Goom is a serene property with clean and spacious cottages. Quality of food especially cooked by the chef Manoj Kumar Dhiman is the speciality in the resort. We had the opportunity to take a breathtaking look of Mt. Kanchenjunga from the resort itself. We enjoyed the weather as well as our stay. Personnel in here are very co-operative, Mr. Wang(Sr. Manager) & Mr. Nehal (Manager) was very cooperative throughout my stay. Also an excellent Food & Restaurant service by Mr. Sourav & Ms. Bhawna. And a great appreciation to all the staff members they are very Friendly in nature, so had a great time staying here. Great work.
