Well, this property is one of the best in Darjeeling, the location is perfect just opposite to the steam locomotive shed and just a few meters away from Darjeeling train station. The location of this property enables one to visit the main market area easily by just taking a walk. The staff of the hotel were nice and helpful. We also ordered food from the room service. The food was great. The house keeping staff is also excellent and they will keep your room neat and tidy. I would recommend this hotel over other highly priced ones.

Sterling Resorts located in Goom is a serene property with clean and spacious cottages. Quality of food especially cooked by the chef Manoj Kumar Dhiman is the speciality in the resort. We had the opportunity to take a breathtaking look of Mt. Kanchenjunga from the resort itself. We enjoyed the weather as well as our stay. A perfect home for the family and a great place for your Team meetings. All the best!

Location is quit good near Mall road and churashta mor, food is good, very friend staff Like Ashish, Sonisha, Deepna how will help you and support you to make your stay pleasent. View from my room is beautiful. They have lift facility also which will be very help for elders.

The hotel is located very close to the Mall road and has vehicle access till the entrance. The staffs were extremely courteous and helpful. The food was also excellent. It contains a range of rooms, some in the main building and some in the annexe building across the street. There is an elevator in the latter. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. We spent two days there, and it was a great experience.
