Me and my sister stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. We had requested for deluxe room with view, and we were happy that hotel obliged. The kanchenjunga view from the room was mind blowing.. Early morning the view was spectacular.. The food and service was too good. It is 10 min Walking distance from Mall road. We could view the train station also from our room. Overall an amazing experience. Truly worth the money, very affordable too. The staff was very friendly and caring. Would highly recommend this hotel. 👍

Hotel is completely beautiful. Just awesome view from hotel. Clean and clear. Complete package for honeymoon couple or newly married couples. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Warm welcome we got when reached there. Always ready to help you out. Most beautiful part of the hotel is lobby launge and the terrace. Just take a cup of a coffee and seat there. Its really heart touching and refreshing.very near to darjeeling mall 10mnt walking distance. Only one cons the location. Difficult for aged or unfit person, specially with luggage. Tasty Foods are also provide with special care. Very impressed with the room facilities. Highly recommended for couples and families also to be refreshed and relaxed. Most important every single penny worthy.

The best rooms are the attic rooms in the top floor with tremendous view of the Himalayas and the Kanchenjunga. They provide a sumptuous complementary breakfast with excellent room service. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The location is pristine . It is very near to Darjeeling Clock Tower minus the crowd and the Mall Road is just 5-8 mins walk downhill. The only downside is that being a heritage hotel it doesn't have lift so expect a flight of stairs. So not recommended for people who cannot climb the stairs. Also there is no in house restaurant hence you have to take care of lunch and dinner outside. They have the option of heating the food that you buy from outside for a very nominal charge. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience for us.
