We visited in the month of March, and we went for the premium rooms with veranda though we paid extra for it but the amount of fun we had was crazy we booked 3 rooms and got the entire veranda / sit out to us the view is amazing absolutely worth the money . The rooms were clean the Serivice was apt overall we had a really good stay. Staff was super courteous.

I stayed in Seven Oaks from 11.03.2022 to 13.03.2022 with my family. The Hotel is Located about 1 km from the Mall, but there is no problem as they provide free drop and pick up from Mall from Morning to Evening. The complimentary break fast is very good and the service of the restaurant staffs (specially to mention about Prakash - who is always ready to help you) are also very fast. The house keeping facilities are also good. I stayed in Deluxe Room - there is a common terrace in front of 4nos. of Deluxe rooms - where you can walk in the morning and evening - and the view from the terrace is excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and nice for couple. The reception staffs are also helpful and arranged the sightseeing or airport dropping cars. As the location may not be known for the outstation taxi drivers - so it is always better to discuss with the reception before going to the hotel - so that they may guide the driver. Otherwise you will have to get down in the taxi Stand and have to walk for 10 minuted to go to their car pick up stop near BOI, Shop No. 1, Roxy Buildingkulri, Near Mall, Mussourie.

Very good hotel near the ropeway station. You can get an excellent view of valley at day time and aeroplane window view of Dehradun city at night from the attached balcony. The property is just 1.5 km away from popular library chowk. Room was super neat and clean. Stuffs were helpful and very courteous. Food was also delicious too. Though the hotel is slightly costly but definitely value for money. Only issue was hotel is located in slightly uphill area, so each time when you are coming from outside you have to climb few stairs. Cycle rickshaws are available just from outside of the hotel and taxis are from library chowk for sightseeing purpose.

Amazing hospitality …epitome of *Atithi Devo Bhav* !!! We stayed at Hotel Shiva Continental Mussoorie for a family vacation from the 7th to 10th of April 2022. We booked this place (Superdeluxe rooms with mountain view) by directly contacting the hotel after going through feedbacks on several travel-oriented sites….and we lucked out I must say …they delivered what they promised! Right from their texts and calls from the moment our journey began regarding our safekeeping , time of arrival & distance updates to guiding us to the exact location we felt welcomed from the word go! The exceptionally clean, comfortable & very spacious rooms with private balconies n awesome views , prompt room service, warmth and hospitality, smiling faces and not to forget the yummy and hygienic meals which were the icing on the cake for this trip… we would highly recommend anyone visiting this part of Devbhoomi to stay here ! Its location is another plus point as its within walking distance from the Mall Road but has its own quiet little corner with pretty blooms ! I would like to especially put in a word of appreciation for the manager Sh. Vinod Kumar Dhar and the Guest attendant Mr. Amit Singh who were ever so courteous and considerate to our needs as a family ! Best hotel. The service is excellent and staff is awesome. I would recommend to book this hotel whenever you visit mussorie. Awesome weather with awesome view and weather. Full price worth. So dont worry and be happy.
