We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and found very warm , efficient staff making your stay more enjoyable. Every department of the hotel - reception , restaurants , room service , housekeeping, bell desk , breakfast all are happy and ready to extend best attention and service to guests . Rooms are small but having the required all comfortable arrangement and very well ventilated. Nice AC , mattresses , pillows , cushions, sofa chairs , good bathroom . It’s nice overall. Lift is also very good . The hotel premise in heart of kolkata best location of Lansdown road near Minto park , is some what tight on space so car parking is on road side as available basis . Hotel extends some assistance. Food is wonderful. This is excellent place to stay in Kolkata .

Hotel Platinum is situated at seven point crossing just opposite Zeeshan restaurant in Park Circus. Hotel rooms are very neat and clean as because it is a very new construction. Basic all amenities are there in room like small fridge coffee maker LED tv with HD connection. they have got a restaurant in 1st floor name Aaliah restaurant which is North Indian, You wont find any chinese. Staff are good and helpful.
