I stayed in this hotel during 2021 Christmas. I really liked and appreciate the service they delivered to me. Hotel is at the heart of the location and city . The staff of this hotel is very humble and helpful . Mr. Kanchan the hotel manager at the reception recieved us so well and made us very comfortable and helpefull during our stay. I recommend everyone to visit it once to enjoy their stay.

During office trips use to stay in this hotel, Good facilities and ambienceis good can do better with space management. Needs to provide pick and drop facilties to airport as locate it a difficult task. Alot of eatery around for lunch and dinner apart from hotel menu. Very close to famous park street of kolkota . Service can be alot better for the charges they take
