Book Top Hotels in New Delhi

This was our second stay in bloom boutique GK-1. The staff always does an exceptional job. The hospitality, room service, house keeping and hygiene is nothing below a 5-star. Ishwar and Abhishek at the front desk are exceptionally helpful to all the guests and leave no stone unturned. The location is perfect in a posh locality. GK-1 M-block market is right next door.

Nice budget hotel, Rooms were clean and nearby good restaruants, metro is 500 meters , likeed the location very much, They are following covid norms like temp check etc, Ramesh front office manager is very helpful

We were travelling with G Adventures and when we first arrived at this hotel we were quite shocked at its location, it’s in the middle is an area dominated by noisy motorbike shops and there was rubble and rubbish everywhere. The room we were allocated was large but very worn down and tired and the bedding didn’t look overly clean. The bathroom had seen better days and could have done with a deep clean. We were staying for the first and last night of our trip at this hotel and during our welcome meeting in a grubby airless room we complained to our guide and many of us said we probably wouldn’t stay again on the last night of our trip and would book a room in another hotel. However when we did arrive back on our last day we could clearly see that an effort had been made by the hotelier and the front of the hotel was swept and a lot cleaner. The linen in our room seemed fresher and there was obviously a smell of paint around. So basically would I recommend staying there? Probably not, the location is fairly good as it’s close to the market area and it is owned by a local family and not a huge corporation. However there is no restaurant or bar and any food you order is delivered to your room but it’s not clear where it’s actually come from and although the owners are trying to update the hotel it still needs major improvements.

Its nearest to airport express line station "airocity" If you have less amount of time to travel from airport to hotel then this is the good hotel. cleanliness and comfortable room etc... They also give you option for charges/hour (minimum 2-3 hours is good) good bathroom and AC too

I stayed in Palazzo inn hotel with my family .my stay was amazing..I just enjoyed it alot ...the food was yummy and the staff are just so helpful n humble..rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location of hotel is so easy to reach n near by markets are very gud to purchase stuff.

After I really felt great amd amazed with the services provided by housekeeping (loundry staff AMITA AND KANAHIYA) who helped me to stich my blazer which was toned accidentally. proactively they helped me to get stiched and presented with absolutely fine condition.. Thank u once again for such kind gesture🌸
