We as a traveler couple have tried so many hotels but it is very rare to use the restaurant of the hotels but in this hotel, since we arrive late, the only available restaurant was in the hotel. After having dinner there I couldn't wait to return to the hotel and enjoy our meal there. the foods were amazing. The room also was great. We have a room in level 17 and the amazing view plus the black kites everywhere was a joyful experience.

Stayed here in Dec. 2019. Was charged $100 per night for a $20 room. Will explain why! 1) Came late on a weekday and asked taxi driver to take me to a good hotel. He brought me here and got paid for his service. Was quoted $50 at checkin desk which was still overpriced. If you are a foreigner, figure on being overcharged by this establishment. 2) Room was small with no working phone and WIFI would not connect in room except certain times of night. Had to sit in lobby to get wifi 3) Pics shown on website are fictitious. They do not have such rooms or a pool that is open. 4) Bathroom resembled something from a country village home. Was afraid to walk barefoot in it, so wore my shoes. 5) Very noisy at nite with wedding parties coming in and out. Pick this hotel, if you like high cost, mediocre stay and high blood pressure, when you check out.

I stay in this hotel every time I’m in Delhi. Service is excellent, staff are exceptionally helpful. Clean rooms, good bathrooms kept well. I highly recommend this hotel. The food is excellent, great Chef. Good selections at breakfast. Always eat too much. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport and easy to get into Delhi proper or Old Delhi from here.

- Good, clean hotel. It’s no longer as new and shiny as it seems in the photos. However, a reasonably decently maintained property. Stayed in room 009 on Ground floor. Extremely weak / non existent 4G signal for cellular. Their WiFi is very strong though and is helpful. The front office staff are very cordial and helpful. Got nice peaceful sleep as there was hardly any noise through the night. In the morning though, you may get woken up by neighboring rooms / people in lobby as room walls seem quite porous. They give you 2 complementary bottles of water and have a water dispenser on the GR Fl lobby where you can refill your bottle. They can also give additional bottles on request. - Bloom cafe: Good, decent breakfast- had the aloo paratha, papaya & cereals - quite good. The staff there (Birendra) is esp very helpful. - I had gone for the Delhi marathon (and there were several other runners similarly who had come for the marathon). It’s close to JLN stadium - 15 mins walk to Gate 10, takes longer to Gate 1; On the day of the marathon, we left around 3 am and they had kept water bottles and bananas for all runners - very nice gesture! - Overall a wonderful experience for the purpose that I visited.
