When I was booking the hotel, I wasn’t too sure about the property, but anyways went ahead as my other preferred properties were sold out. To my pleasant suprprise, the property was good enough(in comparison to other equally starred properties), but the best part (most important) was the staff and the food. The staff were as courteous and welcoming as they could be l, which made our stay splendid. As a cherry on top was the food (both morning breakfast as well as a la carte), was excellent. They tweaked the food exactly to our liking when asked. If visiting udaipur, definitely worth a check.

We had a pleasant and a memorable stay at Akshay Niwas . It is a heritage property. The staff members are very welcoming. Food is freshly prepared at demand. If you have small kids along just don’t worry their needs are taken care of .

It has been pleasure hosting group at Treehouse Atulya Niwas. Mr. Gajraj Ji n Mr. Krishna Ji helped in best way possible to make all the arrangements for the group.. Food Was Awesome..Stay was Comfortable.. Everything was arranged perfectly bright from arranging amenities to general service.. Look forward to do more groups ..Thank You

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel for 4 days. The hotel location was very near to the city palace & all tourist attractions. Very cooperative & helpful Staff, food was very good. Strongly recommended..
