First of all the location - Omg its literally 10 steps from the Fateh Sagar Lake. Beautiful scenes from the rooms and roof top is like icing on the cake. Really amazing ! The hotel team led by Mr. Hemant is very helpful polite and acceded to all our requests. The hotel is a heritage hotel. It is very beatifully designed with ethnic patterns in rooms, showcases of Mewar history, war attire and weapons etc. The rooftop restaurant is very beautiful throughout the day but especially during nights bcos of the candle light dinners. The Hotel is just 5 mins from the Fateh Sagar market which is on the other side of the lake and is also near to other tourist as well as shopping attractions ! Really loved our stay there. Definitely gonna stay here only whenever i am in Udaipur

We, a couple from Ahmedabad & 2nd couple from USA had stayed at the Park Exotica Resort during end of Jan-2022. We found the resort rooms, restaurant & open spaces very neat & clean. The amenities of rooms were very much upto mark. The quality & taste of food was very good. The Reception personnels, Housekeeping staff and the restaurant team were very much co-operative. Shri Ashokji, the Reservation Manager was very much cooperative. The rooms including Breakfast are value for money. The location of the resort is the plus point as it is very near (@ 3 kms) to the Fatehsagar Lake & other city site seeing places and even market places. We definitely will visit again with friends & family and also will suggest others to stay at the Park Exotica Resort.

I love to explore good properties, I have experienced a lot of properties in Udaipur, But Amantra Shilpi I liked the most. One of the best experiences I had here. Recommend for family and nature lovers. With This Price best resort in udaipur. Specially when staff serves like familiar, your trip becomes more excited. People like Rinku, Dineshji, Jodhrajji,. and all always treat with smiling faces. you guys are superb. Amazing synergy from all staff. Keep it up. Room: Neat and Clean, More specious. Amenities: Good for kids. Surrounded with greenery. Fateh Sagar just a km away. Best for nature lover and family and friend hang out. Special Thanks to Nitin Soni as well whom i interact over call..
