We stayed at Comfort Inn Benares for a night on 8th Jan 2021. The rooms are very spacious and the over all their service is excellent. I'd like to mention a few people who ensured our stay becomes a memorable one. I'd like to thank Shardhanand, Vinit and govind from Restaurant team who took care of food. I was initially stressed about the same but they along with the chef chandan ensured the food as just like home cooked food, Great Food experience. Another person I'd like to thank is Ajith Upadhyay, He was very helpful. The staffs overall is very helpful , Our stay was truly a great one. Thank you everyone at Comfort Inn.

Excellent Hotel. We have stayed only one night, there is package tour for one day which includes the to and fro to station, Ganga haarati boat riding and darshan of kashi vishwanath temple, annapoorna temple, Vishalakshi Temple and kala bhairava temple...

Suryodaya Haveli is a great place to stay . Super location ( just beside Ghat ) unique view made this hotel so special . On top of it the people : starting from the driver who picked us from airport , to the senior most person at front desk , House keeping , restaurant were extremely nice and warm people . Their excellent way of conducting their respective work made our stay really nice . Restaurant good was excellent . ( Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner . I want to specially mention few names of hotel staff for their excellent behaviour and warmth . Mr Udayji at front desk as Manager , Sanjay who was our guide in the boat for evening Arati Darshan at Ghat . His way of narrating the place was superb. Few other names worth mentioning . Arvind , Kanhaiya, Shiva , Avishek , Pandey , Sandeep etc . A great overall experience.

Just want to share that my stay at the hotel was very good, Overall services were good and staff is very good and polite. I liked the food, The hotel has good ambience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Varansi.

I am a solo female traveller, and I loved my stay at the Sri Omkar Palace. Sanjay and ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with every aspect of my seven-day stay: INCLUDING ensuring I had access to RT-PCR Covid testing in time for my flight back home. Air conditioning, wi-fi and hot water all worked perfectly without interruption the entire stay (which is an accomplishment for any establishment in this ancient city), and nice little touches like unlimited daily bottled water, toiletries, room service, really make this hotel stand out from other budget accommodations in the city. The hotel could not be better situated in terms of access to the ghats, or in terms of view: it is literally a two minute walk to the boats that would love to give you a scenic tour of the shoreline. The photos show the exact view most rooms have, either by private or shared balcony. One important thing to consider: if you are in any way challenged with mobility, this will NOT be a good place to stay. To get to the hotel, a cab drops you on the main drag, and you must walk about three to five minutes down ancient cobbled streets/alleys to reach the hotel entrance. To get to the main boardwalk of the ghats, you will have to descend about 75 very steep, sometimes slippery (with dust or water or both) steps. That having been said, if you want to truly experience authentic Varanasi in the company of a wonderful hotel staff and in the comfort of a good hotel with the most important amenities (AC, good bathroom, wi-fi), this is a fantastic choice.

Location is excellent, about 20M from main Shivala Road, near to Shivala, Assi Ghats. Rooms are not cleaned every day, The AC in my room was not working but the staff kept postponing giving a different room. Had to put a lot of efforts for it. we stayed 2 days without AC. Breakfast is served very late around 8 30 AM, food is expensive and not to the mark. Some staff members are very helpful.
