In Dec'19, stay at Hotel Plaza Inn in Varanasi. It is very close to Varanasi Railway Station. Rooms are very good with all amenities like TV, small refrigerator, tea preparation kit, hot water, etc. Service is very good. In house restaurant and bar are also there.

everything is fine service good food is good to have south indian food stafss are so helpful shivam manager and Jony is very good we felt like home and comfortable yadav ji good they helped a lot so nice stay

Great hospitality,excellent management, delicious food. We were really satisfied with the hotel sanitation . Great rooms at low prices . Excellent in room service , great aura , the hotel made our stay very easy to be in varanasi.

Excellent service very very supportive staff especially I like to mention two gentleman one is Mr Ishan I think he is manager over there. It was our first visit to Varansi and our train was late by 7 hours we get down at station post mid night, just called him and explain him the situation he has manager everything from arranging vehicle to arranging very good rooms. Rooms are very good in hotel. and another is a guy at restaurant mr Sohib a very cool and calm guy always ready to support customer one of the best I ever met. but I think you should avoid Restaurant manger I think his name of Mr Dadood he is very rude. I think only not good point about that hotel is the Resturant manager. Everything else is excellent

Everything was excellent and the feel is best.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.
