I had a good three nights stay here. Quite contrary to many reviews, I found the staff to be extremely helpful. People at the front desk listened to whatever we said and addressed minor issues immediately. People at the restaurant are exceptionally courteous. We loved the ever smiling Ram Kumar Yadav and other boys who served us with their kind manners. The food and the breakfast buffet are also very good. What more one can ask for except this hospitality! Would come back again.

we the family of 5 persons booked this hotel for two days 4&5 April 2022 . we had a very good hospitality and a little more than expected welcome .We had good quality of food. good taste and hygiene too. it's rooms are well maintained , staff is very caring and trained . it's a good hotel , value of the money. The welcome heritage badi kothi hotel is an excellent place to stay in Allahabad. Our two days stay in the hotel was wonderful with royal treatment by a host of most friendly and helping staffs especially Mr. Raju and Mr. Rakesh.
