Hotel is v good and service are also the best.Really very good service at the restaurant. Gulzar is very humble , active and gives quick service at the restaurant. Location is also easy to connect the mkt,Golden Temple n eateries.

To good Fesility in this dara royal 👑 and staaf was to good room was to good and food was to osam as I have never done this type of experience before and pls go and visit there when ever you go to amritsar

We have been overcharged for rooms on the pretext of getting big rooms but still we got small rooms. One of the rooms AC is not working and we highlighted this multiple times even then the room was not changed or any repair work done. Room service is so bad that even additional water bottles have not been provided on request. I don’t want refund but you guys should have quality control as hygiene hospitality and room service is just awful and pathetic. PS - The staff does not even have the courtesy to acknowledge issues and talk back when issues are highlighted. The linen is not washed and bathroom smells…

We visited this hotel the last month for official tour , staff was very good and gave excellent service . There was a great variety in food with super taste. Also the room was clean and comfortable , it has fantastic location for the people that visit the town for work . Hotel is in city and out of traffic issue .

Highly recommend to all traveler. This hotel Just few step from harmandir sahib. They guide us how to visit golden Temple. Because we visit first time with my family and we don't know about golden temple and amritsar. But hotel staff give us special care to us. Thanks team mm paradise.
