A beautiful property with great Ambience and stunning view. The rooms were very comfortable and not to forget the delicious variety of food , both Multi cuisine and the yummy local delicacies. The most important of a stay is the Hospitality, and the entire team at Snowflakes raised the bar of hospitality to a different level. From the HK staff, to the Receptionists Hemprabha & Anu, Mr. Duggal at the restaurant, Bhagat Singh at the Bar, the entire service team, Shubham the security team and the leader of all GM Mr. Nakul Mehta, a very polite, Friendly, Professional & Helpful person. I had a wonderful experience at Sylvan Hues for my Christmas Eve and the upcoming few days. The location was perfect and it gets more breathtaking when you walk in the balcony of your room and around the property as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable keeping in mind all COVID protocols. The staff was very helpful and went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast and Dinner option was a plus. The food was so delicious. The service was exceptional as well. Would highly recommend to people who wants to enjoy some time in the lapse of nature. And thanks to the entire hotel staff including Mr. Deepak and Mr. Ritesh for making sure i was enjoying my stay. The place is simply mind-blowing with excellent people. The staff is very polite and helpful. The ambience is simple awesome. Very well maintained and built place. The location is such that it is easily accessible and all the places around are at walkable distance. The food is great and the variety is good. Overall a great place to stay in manali.

Hotel has breathtaking scenic view from balcony. Rooms were clean and staff was very cooperative. Food is also good and staff takes care of everything. Great and worth stay at Grand krisa. Thank you team.
