Visited this hotel and had an amazing experience. Hotel staff is 10/10 . Facilities are great. The best part of this hotel is the price and the view. It gives you the best morning view from your room. Mountains covered with snow. Every morning you can open your eyes to the warn sunrise and mesmerizing view of snowy mountains. Start your day with warm tea /coffee in the private balcony. If you ever visit Manali just book Hotel Smugglers. Comfort , luxury , warm experience . Hotel staff is equally poliete and helpful. Quick room service is an added advantage.

A beautiful property with great Ambience and stunning view. The rooms were very comfortable and not to forget the delicious variety of food , both Multi cuisine and the yummy local delicacies. The most important of a stay is the Hospitality, and the entire team at Snowflakes raised the bar of hospitality to a different level. From the HK staff, to the Receptionists Hemprabha & Anu, Mr. Duggal at the restaurant, Bhagat Singh at the Bar, the entire service team, Shubham the security team and the leader of all GM Mr. Nakul Mehta, a very polite, Friendly, Professional & Helpful person. Have enjoyed trip. Supportive staff with humble nature. Has a great scenic view. Easy transportation and most notably, the arrangements, services , facilities provided by the Staff ( Sandesh). I will hopefully visit again.

(Sept 2018) - I had stayed in this property with my mom & wife in the year 2018 (Could not update the feedback). A beautiful property near (5 mins) to the mall road and at the same time away from any hustle -bustle. This hotel surrounded by tall pine trees has a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. The food is awesome (believe me all the food items is very tasty specially their Chinese food and Indian food during breakfast) & each and every associate is hospitable here. Thanks for taking care of us. Specially the male trainee at reception, the manager, the associate who served us breakfast and serviced our room. Rajib Dey :)
