A beautiful property with great Ambience and stunning view. The rooms were very comfortable and not to forget the delicious variety of food , both Multi cuisine and the yummy local delicacies. The most important of a stay is the Hospitality, and the entire team at Snowflakes raised the bar of hospitality to a different level. From the HK staff, to the Receptionists Hemprabha & Anu, Mr. Duggal at the restaurant, Bhagat Singh at the Bar, the entire service team, Shubham the security team and the leader of all GM Mr. Nakul Mehta, a very polite, Friendly, Professional & Helpful person. The hotel is very good. Food is extremely good and service was too good . I would definitely refer this hotel to all my friends and relatives traveling to Manali..I enjoy my stay with my friends 😊😊😊😊

It's luxurious, it's fabulous, it's fantastic. Humble and helping staff, always greets and go extra mile especially manager Vikesh bro and his staff is super humble. Snooker, carrom, library sights and scean inside the resort. Breakfast buffet is free and has new variety everyday. Garden, kids play area, mini waterfall within the hotel makes this 4 star hotel a must visit. Rooms has a wide windows. If you go for the presidential suit, you get a big lobby having 4 more windows and a big balcony too. Me and my husband had a very cosy and royal stay. We highly recommend AHR Rock Manali for both families and couples. Only note that in most of the hotels in Manali including this hotel, driver's stay facility is not available. But for us, it's luxurious and fun.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Soundproofing is bit of an issue if you’re on a work cum vacay. So that can be rectified. But, the rooms are well appointed and very tastefully done up. Neat and clean too. Comfy mattresses. Good quality bed linen. The bathroom fittings are all state of the art. The food is really really well made, tasty, and served fresh and well. The stand out is the devotion to eco friendly concepts. Great quality toiletries (Kama Ayurveda, but all in refillable jars. Drinking Water in glass bottles. Ability to request a ‘no change of bed linen’. Etc etc. All in all, a pleasant and satisfying stay.

We stayed on this property for 2 days in river view room and had a great time. The hotel staff is amazing and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Food is amazing (must try their mutton dishes). Keep up the good work.
