A beautiful property with great Ambience and stunning view. The rooms were very comfortable and not to forget the delicious variety of food , both Multi cuisine and the yummy local delicacies. The most important of a stay is the Hospitality, and the entire team at Snowflakes raised the bar of hospitality to a different level. From the HK staff, to the Receptionists Hemprabha & Anu, Mr. Duggal at the restaurant, Bhagat Singh at the Bar, the entire service team, Shubham the security team and the leader of all GM Mr. Nakul Mehta, a very polite, Friendly, Professional & Helpful person. Hotel has breathtaking scenic view from balcony. Rooms were clean and staff was very cooperative. Food is also good and staff takes care of everything. Great and worth stay at Grand krisa. Thank you team.

Our experience during the stay here was amazing having been pampered by the staff, would love to stay hare for a longer time. Unfortunately good experiences always come to an end, The staff is very polite and cooperative and food is very delicious. The rooms are spacious. The location in also beautiful and the view of the mountains room the rooms was beautiful. Would love to be here once again.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. Every person in the hotel is well behaved and extremely polite. Their service is exceptional. The food prepared was very tasty. The rooms were clean and with beautiful views. Also the place is 5 mins from the market which helped a lot. I stayed here with my family for a week from 10th May to 15th May 2021. Inspite of the lockdown and the challenges due to closure of market, the staff made sure that we didn't face any issues and enjoyed our stay. The manager Mr Chauhan also made sure that everything was in order. We loved it so much that we have recommended this place to all our friends and family. We have decided to stay here every time we visit Manali.
