The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Soundproofing is bit of an issue if you’re on a work cum vacay. So that can be rectified. But, the rooms are well appointed and very tastefully done up. Neat and clean too. Comfy mattresses. Good quality bed linen. The bathroom fittings are all state of the art. The food is really really well made, tasty, and served fresh and well. The stand out is the devotion to eco friendly concepts. Great quality toiletries (Kama Ayurveda, but all in refillable jars. Drinking Water in glass bottles. Ability to request a ‘no change of bed linen’. Etc etc. All in all, a pleasant and satisfying stay.

The property is located absolutely next to River Beas with Mountain views and sprawling campus with nice greenery willow trees and so on It’s a little away from Manali which is a boon to avoid the crowds that throng Manali … yet if you have a vehicle it’s very convenient to visit Manali and nearby Atal tunnel etc Service and hospitality really added to our nice experience. We didn’t really have much food in-house except breakfast which was good . Only one issue the bathroom is smaller than desired , rooms are not very spacious but it hardly matters because there is a beautiful sit out with the room …. And in such surroundings u really don’t want to be inside most of the time Overall we would love to come back …

We were a group of six people, my daughter, son in law , wife and parents of son in law. We wanted to be somewhat away from town. We chanced upon the Span Inn and suites while surfing through the site of Span Resort and Spa and helpful and friendly behavior of Mr Rana G the manager of Span Inn and Suites. We stayed there for three days starting 15th January and were satisfied with the hospitality experienced. Premier rooms are large, have large window opening to a grand view of the mountains above Naggar, especially with lots of snow topping the peaks during January. The property is new, clean and is by the roadside with convenient parking , we had driven down from Chandigarh in our own cars. We had opted for MAP, Modified American Plan , including both breakfast and dinner. Both breakfast and dinner had more than adequate choice and variety and the food quality was very good. The staff was very cooperative,well behaved and helpful. Mr Rana also arranged a visit for us to Span Resort and Spa whose location, facilities and ambience was impressive. To and fro to Solang Nallha and Manali was in our own vehicles and there was no problem. Overall a very good experience which we are inclined to repeat.

We were supposed to stay on Utopia two nights, but stay three nights when the typhoon came. Staff are thoughtful and kind and want you to be happy. The hotel is on a high mountain with a great view, the hotel area is very nice with beautiful gardens. I can warmly recommend the hotel if you want to take it easy and enjoy. We'll be living here again!

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. Every person in the hotel is well behaved and extremely polite. Their service is exceptional. The food prepared was very tasty. The rooms were clean and with beautiful views. Also the place is 5 mins from the market which helped a lot. I stayed here with my family for a week from 10th May to 15th May 2021. Inspite of the lockdown and the challenges due to closure of market, the staff made sure that we didn't face any issues and enjoyed our stay. The manager Mr Chauhan also made sure that everything was in order. We loved it so much that we have recommended this place to all our friends and family. We have decided to stay here every time we visit Manali.
